then come to SARAVÁ for the real party...
Escape to Brasil for the night as Sergio´s Saravá recreates the nightlife on the streets of Bahia.
You will taste a variety of delectable street food like Churasco, and Acarajé
while sipping the best cocktails and tropical drinks and enjoying the traditional music of Salvador.
A fantastic mix of cultures play out in the rhythms and food.
Your host for the night is Maestro Marcus Santos from Bahia.
He will lead a Bateria Drum Line with Samba dancers and keep you going through the night!

 This past summer, the forty students in Cleveland Botanical Garden’s Green Corps had a unique opportunity to work with Sergio and Executive Chefs Willie Jackson from Sergio’s SARAVÁ at Shaker Square and Chef Ryan Alabaugh from Sergio’s in University Circle. Together, they developed a delicious new recipe for Ripe from Downtown® Salsa. Take home a jar — or several — today! Proceeds benefit Cleveland Botanical Garden’s Green Corps urban outreach program. Salsa available at both restaurants for $6.50 a jar. |
